Where are you Located?

- We are Located in Brooklyn, NEW YORK.

Who do we Service?

- We service the BROOKLYN, QUEENS, LOWER MANHATTAN (up to and including Harlem up to W. 139 st.), AND the LONG ISLAND AREA (up to and not including Suffolk County).

What are your Hours of Operation?

- Our stores Physical Hours of Operation are from 1 PM -12 AM EST.

Do you Deliver?

- Yes, we do offer Delivery at this time. As long as it is within those pre-allotted areas as aforementioned in the paragraph before. The delivery fee is $20.00

Do you Ship?

- We Currently, Do Not offer out of state shipping at this time.

Do you Offer Same Day Service?

- We Currently DO offer Specific Same Day service(s) for a fee. Those services include and are limited to Small - Medium orders only.

- NO Large Orders, No Candy Apples, and No Catering Orders are applicable for same day service at this time.

- The Rush fee incurred for those said rushed services are $20.00 per order.

- ie; if you order 3 medium trays of mixed fruit and you need it that same day you will get charged your original total in your cart plus the additional $20 dollars rush fee on your whole entire order. Not per item. Basically because you are skipping the line. As it is a first come first serve business.

What Is the cut off period for Same Day Service orders?

- The cut off period for placing Same day orders Is 8:00PM. 1.) To ensure that we get your order to you that same day. and 2.) to also ensure that we can still close up at our original scheduled time which of 12:00 AM EST.

When Can I Order?

- Orders can be made and placed anytime 24 hours a day 7 Days a week. That is why this website has been created. So even when we are not available you’ll still have access to our site. and not have to wait for a reply or on anyone to place an order! :-)

What time does Pick-up/Delivery start?

- Pick-up and Delivery Can start at Any time, As soon as your order is ready. That is why it is important to follow instructions and leave your phone number in either the comments or at the check out stage when ordering. To be contacted when your order is ready to be picked up or out for delivery. Also, so that we can also correlate and schedule a pick up and/or a drop off time.

What is the cut off Period for Pick-up’s?

- YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL STORE CLOSE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER THAT SAME DAY. WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE UNTIL 12 AM MIDNIGHT (EST) TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER.

- IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER by Said Pick up time or in a Timely Manner with NO COMMUNICATION your order will be FORFEITED (Cancelled), and will be considered a No Call/No Show.

- Long story short guys! PLEASE Pick-up your orders in a Timely manner. Because I want to give you guys YOUR Orders.
