  • Hi guys! First and foremost, I want to thank you guys for selecting Sandy’s Sweets as your one stop shop for all you Sweet Cravings, Desires, & Needs!

  • Here at Sandy's Sweets, We take pride in making Home-made Sweets, Treats, Confectioneries, and Puddings built to suit your needs. No matter How Big or How Small !!

  • The goal is to Make Everyone Smile! & Just know that your business is much appreciated !

    LOCATION & DELIVERY

  • We are Located in BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. We service the BROOKLYN, QUEENS, LOWER MANHATTAN (Up to and including Harlem Up to W. 139 st.), AND the LONG ISLAND AREA (Up to and not including Suffolk County). So, that means we offer delivery to those areas. If you cannot make it to us, we can make it to you for a fee.

  • The delivery fee is $20.00 dollars.

STORES HOURS & OPERATION

  • Our Stores Normal Hours of Operation are Physically from 1 PM -12 AM EST.

  • For Pickups you will get a text stating your order is ready. SAME DAY PICKUPS ARE A MUST. YOU will be NOTIFIED as SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS READY. TO ENSURE AMPLE PICK UP TIME.

    PICK- UP POLICY

  • YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL STORE CLOSE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER THAT SAME DAY. WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE UNTIL 12 AM MIDNIGHT EST. TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER.

  • IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER by said pick up time with NO COMMUNICATION your order will be FORFEITED and will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW.

  • NO PICK UPS AFTER 12:00 AM MIDNIGHT!

  • PICK UP PROTOCOL: UNLESS you’re on foot. Patrons are to STAY IN THEIR VEHICLES at the time of Pick up! Pick up is curbside only.

  • This is to eliminate any confusion and to make the pick-up process go as SMOOTHLY and as QUICKLY as possible.

    SAME DAY ORDERS & RUSH FEE

  • For SAME DAY orders there is $20 dollar rush fee. SM -MED orders only. NO LARGE ORDERS. NO CANDY APPLES. NO CATERING ORDERS. ONLY SMALL - MED Orders, Are available for same day pick up via the rush fee.

  • The rush fee is $20 dollars.

  • Those orders Cannot be placed after the hours of 8 PM -12 AM. Because you simply will not get it that same day.

  • At that point we’ll be already wrapping up and completing orders for that said day, and will be Already in the process of Closing.

  • We Do Not offer shipping at this time.

    CATERING/EVENTS

  • We do offer catering for Events! Anywhere from Birthdays, Parties, Graduations, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Anniversaries, Seminars, lunch-ins, Engagements, Weddings, Retirements, etc.

  • You Name it. We do it!

  • If you have any questions about catering an event and would like to set up a meeting, For us to help you embody your vision.

  • Please, Fill out a Catering Form Underneath the Contact Us Section and a Representative from our team will reach out to you in a timely manner (3-5 days or less) about your event.

  • For Catering Please try to contact us AT LEAST 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE, TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN SERVICE YOU AND CATER TO YOUR EVENT.

    HOW TO SHOP & ORDER

  • Once you have decided what you want.

  • Head on over to the Shop Category where you will find those items.

  • Click on the item you want according to Size, then once you are there. You will have the option to click on any special requests/modification on the item that you would like.

  • EX: Flavor, Topping, Add-ON ...etc. Also, you can leave a special note in the Notes/Comment Section if you would like As long as it PERTAINS TO YOUR ORDER, Like Your Phone number etc.

  • THIS DOES NOT MEAN, THAT THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO TYPE IN OR REQUEST ADD-ON’S WITHOUT PROPERLY PAYING FOR THEM.

  • THOSE ADDITIONAL ADD-ON’S WILL BE IGNORED AND THE ORDER WILL BE MADE APPROPRIATELY AS SUCH. AS IT WAS CORRECTLY FILLED OUT & PAID FOR ON THE ORDER FORM.

  • BOTTOM LINE IS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! SO PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY!

  • Once you are satisfied. You go to YOUR CART & Confirm your order and Check out.

  • Once your order is PAID FOR it will be Confirmed, and Your order WILL START BEING MADE.

  • NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER!

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • All Orders Are Non-Refundable.

  • AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE… Everything is Laid out In the MENU Page.

  • Including it’s FULL FLAVORS, TOPPINGS, PRICES & ALLERGY CONTENTS.

  • SO once again, PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY.
